Just watched the Kayne West, Geraldo, and Bush photo-op videos over at Crooks and Liars.. this is like Farenheit 9/11 all over again, Katrina 9/03.

It seems as though the government is actually trying their best not to help anyone down there... Bush's appearance caused a no-fly zone stopping rescue aircraft, they are performing controlled floods of dry areas of New Orlean's... locking people up in the convention centre with Geraldo... a convention centre that they apparently didn't even know about until Thursday. Heck, if Geraldo's there it must not exist....
Williams only left his apartment after the authorities took the decision to flood his district in an apparent attempt to sluice out some of the water that had submerged a neighbouring district. Like hundreds of others he had heard the news of the decision to flood his district on the radio. The authorities had given people in the district until 5pm on Tuesday to get out - after that they would open the floodgates.
